Job summary

The University of Missouri-Columbia's Center for Child Well-Being is seeking a Program Lead for MO-CPAP to oversee statewide clinical access initiatives. You will translate funding requirements into actionable program strategy, supervise 3–6 staff, and ensure timely deliverables across multiple sites.

This full-time, grant-funded, on-site role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven performance management to sustain and grow the program across Missouri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in program leadership, development, or management.

Responsibilities

• Lead MO-CPAP program and translate goals into strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, timelines, and staff.
• Collaborate with PIs, Medical Director, and partners for integration.
• Develop budgets and monitor expenditures monthly.
• Expand MO-CPAP into rural Missouri and ensure sustainability.
• Report progress and manage stakeholder communications.
