Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools seeks a Program Manager to lead the External Programs, Alumni & Scholarships portfolio. This role owns end-to-end management of Pre-College Programs, scholarships, and alumni engagement, coordinating with school leaders and central teams to drive participation and outcomes.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, AI-enabled workflow redesign, and strong collaboration across diverse stakeholders to scale high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of program management experience.
• Strong data skills with dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and process redesign.
• Budgeting, forecasting, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of Pre-College Programs, Scholarships, and Alumni Engagement.
• Set timelines, manage partners and budgets, track outcomes.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
• Develop alumni engagement, mentorship and career programming.
• Maintain data systems and dashboards for visibility.
