Job summary

Penn State Health is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives in Value Based Care, Population Health, CIN, and strategic partnerships from Hershey, PA. You will partner with executive leadership to align priorities and drive execution across multiple disciplines.

The role requires strategic oversight, governance coordination, and the ability to influence at the board level, delivering measurable program outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, health services management, nursing, finance, or related field.
• Progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, population health, value-based care, managed care, or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Experience interacting with executive leadership and governing bodies.
• Experience in value-based care, population health, CIN, or healthcare transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives supporting value-based care, population health, CIN, payer-provider partnerships and transformation efforts.
• Develop project structures, governance processes, timelines, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to identify priorities and implement plans.
• Coordinate governance activities, prepare executive materials, and track commitments.
• Monitor performance indicators, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
