Responsibilities

• Grow program and conduct business analysis with end-user groups; own work plans.
• Create and document program requirements and enhancements with program staff and partners.
• Partner with patient engagement leaders to document clear business requirements for complex workflows.
• Monitor platform usage to ensure high adoption and end-user satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor reports and dashboards aligned with engagement best practices.
• Provide hands-on, consultative program-management support to optimize delivery of complex programs.
• Communicate scope, actions, and implications clearly to clients and contributors.
