Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (DOSH) is seeking a strategic, highly organized professional to join the Performance Management & Innovation Program. As a Management Analyst 4, you will support DOSH leadership, turn priorities into action, and lead complex, division-wide initiatives through coordinated workstreams with subject‑matter experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations.
• Desire for experience supporting division-wide initiatives and applying continuous improvement methodologies.
• Current L&I employee status is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority DOSH initiatives as a project manager and strategic advisor.
• Turn strategic priorities into actionable project plans, workstreams, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-program collaboration, identify risks, and ensure milestones are met.
• Provide leadership with analysis, recommendations, and updates for decision-making.
