Job summary

State of Washington's Department of Licensing seeks a detail oriented Planning and Performance Analyst to support leadership with data-driven decision making and cross-agency collaboration.

You will develop complex reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel, develop action plans, manage project scopes, and coordinate resources with partners to deliver measurable outcomes in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Nine years of experience in two or more areas: research, policy analysis, business analysis, project leadership, operations management or policy development.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear guidance for leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects, timelines, goals and communication across staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Oversee analysis and organization of information from multiple sources for leadership decision-making.
• Develop complex reports and dashboards that provide accessible information.
• Develop action plans and determine project scope with partners.
