Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Program Management Lead to support our Acoustics Sensors Defense Programs business in Salt Lake City, UT. This role focuses on program execution, cost management, schedule tracking, risk management, and customer reporting, coordinating across customers and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while supporting opportunity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Experience leading a highly visible and fast-paced portfolio and reporting to the senior leadership team.
• Experience with ITAR/EAR.
• Advanced-level knowledge of leading a portfolio with reportable Earned Value.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive program execution across functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure program success.
• Identify and communicate issues to customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
• Prepare and deliver program presentations and monthly reviews for customers and corporate leadership.
• Drive execution of program priorities, action plans, and recovery efforts as needed to meet customer and business commitments.
• Interface with government stakeholders and contractor leadership.
• Coordinate across internal functional teams to ensure alignment on program objectives, deliverables, and customer commitments.
