Job summary

RayzeBio in San Diego, CA is seeking an Associate Director of Program Management responsible for cross-functional planning and execution of development programs. You will work with a cross-functional team to define and drive development strategy, manage timelines, identify and manage risk.

The ideal candidate has clinical-stage program management experience, deep understanding of drug development and regulatory processes, and the ability to deploy tools and best practices to ensure successful

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a life sciences field with drug development experience
• MS/PhD/MBA and PMP certification preferred
• Minimum 5+ years work experience in Biotech or Pharma; PM experience required
• Experience with project management tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet

Responsibilities

• Support program strategic planning and build functional plans.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans identifying activities, dependencies, resources and milestones; manage critical path and risks.
• Challenge timelines and expenses; create alternative scenarios and highlight impacts of decisions.
• Manage team meetings, agendas and decision records.
• Identify risks, conduct risk impact analyses and elevate issues to leadership.
• Maintain cross-functional alignment through PM tools and clear communications.
• Apply best practices to improve team execution and efficiency.
