At the heart of our Pricing & Inventory team, you’ll shape the future of our product portfolio and fuel growth across our global marketplace. You’ll guide complex, high-impact programs from concept to market, working across teams to uncover opportunity, validate ideas, and scale what works. This is a role for strategic thinkers who love turning insight into action, and action into results.
ClassPass is standing up its own leadership team (CPLT), and this role owns how that team runs: the meeting agenda and pre-reads, the OKR process, reporting and business review cadences, offsite and sales kickoff prep, and the follow-through that turns decisions into owned, dated actions. You will sit alongside the CPLT, have line of sight into every major program in the business, and be the person who keeps leadership focused on the few things that matter most. Expect this to be the majority of the job in your first months, moving toward a roughly even split with the strategic programs below as the operating rhythm takes hold.
