CACI International Inc. in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to manage contract budgets, cost reporting, and program-wide financial analysis. You will work with Deltek, Oracle ERP, and SAP to ensure compliance and timely reporting across multiple contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance and at least 5 years of project-related financial experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to build forecasts and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project finance or related field.
Experience with financial management software (Deltek, Oracle ERP, SAP).
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
Ability to build forecasts and reports from guidance.

Responsibilities

Set up projects to capture costs, recognize revenue, and bill customers.
Forecast preparation and routine/non-routine financial reporting (P&L, status, PMR).
Review timecards, travel vouchers, funding statements for compliance.
Prepare adjusting journal entries and reconcile accounts.
Communicate trends to program, line, and financial management.
