Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to join our Wireless Solutions Finance team. The role provides lead financial support for a complex contract/program and partners with PM staff to deliver rigorous analysis and reporting.

You will prepare cost variance analyses, manage monthly forecasts and EACs, maintain budgets, and deliver timely insights to inform decisions for program success.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of related experience in program/financial analysis or management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost variance analysis and reporting for the program.
• Manage monthly forecasts, Estimate at Completion (EAC), cost baselines, risks, and opportunities.
• Track annual fiscal plans and provide monthly updates.
• Maintain and monitor contract budgets.
