Job summary

CACI is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support contract accounting and reporting, with a focus on project schedules and annual plans. You will monitor cost performance, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with government requirements.

The role requires at least five years in project finance, proficiency in Deltek/Oracle/SAP, and advanced Excel skills; travel up to 10% is expected. A Secret Clearance is required to qualify.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project-related finance using financial management software (Deltek, Oracle ERP, SAP).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
• Ability to build forecasts from ground up with wrap rates and burdens.
• Ability to create reports and charts from guidance for internal/external requirements.
• Analyze plans, forecasts, actual costs, and variances; communicate trends.
• Prepare adjusting journal entries and reconcile accounts; work independently or in a team.
• Secret Clearance ability required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects capture costs properly, recognize revenue, and bill customers.
• Forecast preparation and periodic project financial reporting (P&L, status, PMR).
• Review timecards, travel vouchers, funding statements for policy compliance.
• Generate client-specific reports and distribute to stakeholders.
