Job summary

Hanwha Defense USA in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Manager of Program Finance to partner with business line leadership to develop financial strategies, manage EACs, and oversee program profitability on large USG programs. You will collaborate across contracts, engineering, SCM, and BD to optimize financial performance and ensure compliant program execution.

The role requires strong GAAP, FAR/DFARS, and CAS knowledge, plus experience with EVM reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• MBA or master’s in accounting or finance strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in finance leadership, aerospace/defense experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program EACs and profitability analyses.
• Coordinate monthly close and revenue recognition for programs.
• Support audits and government reporting requests (DCMA, DCAA, DoD).
• Provide financial forecasting, risk assessment, and mitigation actions.
• Present program financial status to leadership and customers.
• Mentor finance analysts in WBS and charge number management.
