Job summary

Hanwha Defense USA is seeking a Senior Manager of Government and Financial Compliance to lead incurred cost submittals and CAS disclosures for CAS entities, while ensuring readiness of USG systems and readiness for audits. You will coordinate with accounting, legal, and operations to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/CAS and respond to CARs/CAPs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong finance expertise, and experience with DCAA/DCMA audits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance/government compliance experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, CAS, and government audits.
• Experience preparing incurred cost submissions and CAS disclosures.
• Knowledge of six USG business systems.
• Strong GAAP and financial controls.
• Excellent communication to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ICP/incurred cost submittals for CAS entities and prepare supporting schedules.
• Develop, update, and maintain CAS Disclosure Statements and related analyses.
• Lead readiness for six USG Business Systems and conduct gap assessments.
• Coordinate with departments to respond to CARs and CAPs.
• Support FPRPs development and indirect rate management.
• Coordinate with DCAA/DCMA and other audit agencies; manage audit responses.
• Support government/fiscal year-end audits and reporting.
• Design, document, and test financial controls; mitigate CAS non-compliance.
• Develop and improve compliance policies in line with government standards.
• Monitor FAR/DFARS/CAS regulatory changes and communicate impacts.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and BD to embed compliance in bidding processes.
• Develop and deliver financial compliance training for the department.
• Support monitoring, surveillance, and investigations of suspected compliance violations.
• Brief senior leadership on risks and corrective actions.
• Supervise and mentor compliance staff; foster accountability.
