The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Program Finance Manager to lead analytics, financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and planning for the Ground & Communications Division and Systems Integration & Launch Division. Reporting to the NSG CFO, you will deliver baselines, forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards to drive decisions and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Eight or more years of experience in financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills; proactive in analyzing data and variances to help inform future performance.
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communications skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with peers, direct reports, customers, and leadership.
• Experience with baseline management and planning, forecasting / EACs, and estimating.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about producing accurate reports.
• Experience in program management reporting and briefing, risk management tracking and/or corrective action plans
• Knowledge of CAS and GAAP; strategic planning for finance services in dispersed orgs.
• Ability to influence others and build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Integral member of the organization and corporate management teams; key business advisor to senior leaders.
• Support GCD & SELD General Managers; establish standard corporate processes.
• Monitor funding and billing, develop reports, perform analysis, and deliver contractual financials.
• Direct development of baselines and forecasts / EACs meeting financial plans.
• Develop and manage delivery and financial plans for funded activities; track budgets and variances.
• Provide financial data and predictive analytics to meet goals; support strategic projects.
• Inform NSG CFO and GCD & SELD leadership on trends and corrective actions.
