The Aerospace Corporation seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Civil Systems Group (CSG) Financial Management Team on-site in Chantilly, VA. You will partner with senior leaders to plan, forecast, and analyze budgets, funding, and performance across divisions and contracts.

You will provide financial planning, reporting, and project management support, ensuring timely analysis and data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions. This role emphasizes collaboration and precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or analytical field.
• Experience in government contracting with all contract types and revenue recognition.
• Experience in baseline planning, forecasting, risk analysis, and EACs.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to build strategic business relationships and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and planning scenarios across CSG Financial Management.
• Coordinate with corporate organizations to ensure successful business and financial operations.
• Provide financial planning, data analysis/reporting, and project management support to leadership.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance and action.
• Support employees across divisions and maintain cost and schedule baselines and forecasts.
