Leidos Australia is seeking a skilled Program Financial Analyst to drive financial performance across a portfolio of IT projects. You will partner with program teams, deliver cost analyses and risk assessments, and support budgeting and forecasting for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship with Baseline security clearance or eligibility.
• Experience in financial management, reporting and governance.
• Strong written and spoken communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program and project teams to provide strategic financial advice.
• Provide decision support through cost analysis, scenario modelling and risk assessment.
• Lead monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and forecasting using historical trends and performance metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
