Job summary

Leidos Inc. in Reston, VA seeks a Program Financial Analyst 3 for the ILS2 program. This role develops forecasts, budgets, EACs, and analyzes program financials, funding, and invoicing to ensure sound performance across multiple task orders.

You will coordinate with program managers, FP&A, contracts, and technical teams to deliver agile financial insights, drive process improvements, and support proposals with cost modeling and pricing reviews.

Qualifications

• BA degree or higher with 8–12 years of experience, or Masters with 6–10 years of experience
• Experience with multiple government contract types (CPA, CPFF, T&M, hybrid)
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency; financial data analysis and visualization skills
• Familiarity with FP&A processes, invoicing, accruals, and EAC/ AOP/LRP planning

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and refine forecasts, budgets, and EACs across the program and projects
• Prepare quarterly EACs, AOPs, and LRPs for internal controls and planning
• Manage life-cycle financial activities: setup, invoicing, accruals, funding, variance analysis
• Support monthly closing of key financial metrics and variance analysis
• Lead WBS development, dictionaries, funding management, and reporting
• Coordinate subcontract/ intercompany financials, EACs, funding, invoicing
• Prepare project invoices and obtain stakeholder approvals
• Create reports and dashboards communicating program performance and risks
