Job summary

You will manage billing for cost-reimbursable, time-and-materials, CPFF and FFP contracts, coordinating with program management, contracts, and accounting to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with relevant experience.
• Experience with cost-reimbursable contracts (CPFF, T&M).
• Knowledge of government contracts and funding profiles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit invoices in accordance with contract terms and customer requirements.
• Review billable costs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to invoicing.
• Process billing for cost-reimbursable, time-and-materials, and fixed-price contracts.
• Monitor funding, billing ceilings, and unbilled balances.
• Coordinate with program managers, contracts, and accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze billing activity, funding status, and variances.
• Maintain complete billing documentation and records.
• Resolve customer billing questions and payment issues.
• Ensure billing practices align with controls, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Assist with audit requests and other financial reviews.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
