Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Program Financial Analyst III to support complex programs with rigorous financial reporting and cost control. This role focuses on delivering CDRLs, EVM tracking, and insightful variance analyses to enable leadership decisions across multiple missions.

The position requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to synthesize data into clear narratives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience preparing or supporting Government-facing financial reporting and/or CDRL deliverables.
• Intermediate EVM knowledge and CPAF LOE execution.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail in time-sensitive reporting.
• Ability to synthesize data into clear financial narratives for leadership reviews.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and deliver program financial CDRLs, including monthly CFSR and FMR, and other contract-required reports.
• Perform weekly Funds Run-Out Date tracking and reporting, including funding status, burn rate analysis, and risk mitigation actions.
• Support program’s financial content, including narrative inputs, key metrics, and variance explanations.
• Conduct biweekly labor utilization analysis and support corrective action recommendations with leadership.
• Track subcontractor hours weekly and reconcile reporting to internal systems; flag variances.
• Support LOE forecasting and performance assessment; contribute to monthly EAC/forecast updates.
• Build and maintain repeatable reporting tools (Excel trackers, templates, dashboards).
• Coordinate across Program Management, Contracts, Subcontracts, and Staffing to collect inputs and resolve data gaps.
• Program directed ad-hoc analysis.
