Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is hiring for a Finance/Program Finance professional to oversee labor, material tracking and cost transfers while monitoring real-time financial performance.

You will lead planning cycles, manage program costs, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple contracts. The role requires 5+ years in finance/accounting with 2+ years in program finance, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and HFM reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 2+ years in program finance.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and government contracting (CP/FP/T&M).
• Experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and complex HFM reporting and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Labor & Material tracking, cost transfers, & resource planning/updates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers.
• Lead real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Monitor program costs, schedules, and risks.
• Drive monthly and quarterly planning cycles.
• Support business development proposals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Prepare variance analyses, productivity studies, and non-standard management reports.
• Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as needed.
