The role covers planning, execution, and collaboration across Operations, Program Management, Finance, and Contracts to ensure program success.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years leading teams in program offices or AI&T environments, plus 3+ years supporting production lifecycle programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a leader of teams in program offices or production operations.
• 3+ years supporting production lifecycle programs in a manufacturing/test environment.
• Strong understanding of program performance metrics and business rhythms (EVM, CAM, R&M).

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning and completion of program portfolio projects.
• Manages program execution across experimental engineering, development, and production lifecycle through hardware assembly and testing.
• Collaborates with Operations, Program Management, Support Functions, and Customer Stakeholder teams to ensure PM success.
• Leads, creates, and submits proposal activities and Basis of Estimates for the site Operations team.
• Provides inputs and deliverables as an Operations liaison supporting Finance, Program Office, and Contracts Office rhythms.
• Coordinates recruitment, training, performance assessments, and staffing across project phases.
