Andrews Cooper is seeking a Program Director to lead strategic growth across Consumer Tech, Medical Tech, Clean Tech, and Automation & Robotics. You will partner with C‑Suite leadership to define direction, win client opportunities, and guide engineering teams toward exceptional outcomes.

The role requires sharp technical insight, vision, and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues while driving credible proposals and outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years in Account Management, Sales, or Program Management.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market analysis.
• Execute effective sales strategies to vet and close ideal-fit projects.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
