Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience including leading large-scale enterprise transformation.
• 5–10 years in program, portfolio, or transformation leadership roles.
• Experience across operations, commercial, finance or strategy.
• Proven track record delivering measurable value through complex change initiatives.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or similar complex environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Build and own transformation roadmap with milestones and outcomes.
• Establish governance, reporting, and value-tracking frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with ELT and stakeholders.
• Lead change management to drive adoption and readiness across the enterprise.
• Oversee operating model cadence, budgeting, and resource allocation.
