Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures, LLC is seeking a driven leader for its Ascend Leadership Development Sales Associate program. The role offers an immersive 18–24 month experience across sales and operations, with progression into supervisory-level positions in NC/SC markets.

The program emphasizes leadership, cross-functional experience, and rapid development, including rotations through Raleigh, St. Pauls, Winston-Salem, and other NC locations. Compensation is location-based with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (required).
• Prior sales, customer service, or leadership experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular involvement.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a structured rotation across departments to learn PBV’s sales and operations.
• Complete hands-on, manager-guided curriculum to build business acumen.
• Develop skills in sales strategy, customer service, route operations, product management, and execution.
• Take on supervisory responsibilities as you progress through the program.
• Travel to training locations as needed (≈30%).
