Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead multiple interrelated projects within Core Infrastructure Engineering. You will partner with engineering, product, operations, and executives to deliver programs on time, within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years of program management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with PMP/PgMP as a plus. This role requires strategic alignment with corporate goals and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 9+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or enterprise environment.
• Strong familiarity with project management software and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure effective collaboration between project teams.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, communicating progress to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Drive program reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data to improve program outcomes.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources across assigned programs.
• Track and report program metrics, KPIs, and overall performance.
