Amentum is hiring a Program Analyst & Data Analytics Coordinator to support multiple workforce development programs. The role features meeting coordination, data collection and analysis, and producing insights for leadership. You will transform notes into actions and use AI to accelerate analysis.

Required BS in a related field and 5+ years of experience, plus the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Compensation ranges from $93,000 to $99,500 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Data Analytics, Engineering, CS, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or supporting complex technical programs.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leaders and simplifying complex data.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance (US Citizenship is required).

Responsibilities

• Organize and run meetings across several programs, ensuring agendas and follow-ups are clear.
• Take detailed meeting notes and turn important action items into tasks using SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, or Jira.
• Use AI tools to help with tasks like summarizing meetings and speeding up data analysis.
• Collect and clean data from different programs so it can be analyzed.
• Analyze data to find trends, identify workforce needs, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Create clear, high-level briefs and presentations for senior leaders.
