Job summary

Amentum is seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations and Plans Analyst to join our team at Fort Belvoir in the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency J3 division. This role requires a versatile professional who can perform a wide range of administrative, operational, and planning assignments with minimal supervision in a military environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience as JOC/TOC planner or operator.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars and manage senior leader meeting logistics.
• Draft and brief weekly slides and WAR reports.
• Plan key battle rhythm events and prepare minutes.
• Maintain PR Case database and SharePoint portal.
• Support DoD and JPRA information flow across directorates.
• Assist with AMHS messages and passport coordination.
