Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience supporting program administration, coordination, tracking, scheduling, or reporting.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize local portals to track and organize programs supporting the J6 BAO.
• Assist J6 BAO staff with administrative activities, training, taskers, and policy implementation tracking.
• Demonstrate effective communication, initiative, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Quickly learn and integrate into USSOCOM organizational culture.
• Support various assignments and collaborate with colleagues to accomplish tasks.
• Prepare reports and briefings on operating procedures and requirements.
• Organize meetings and events, including virtual sessions, and assist with agendas and notes.
