Job summary

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions seeks a Senior Operations Analyst to support USSOCOM J6 PMOSS at MacDill AFB, Tampa, onsite. You will provide senior operational analysis, IT planning, requirements management, governance, and programmatic support across MILCON, POM, and related activities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in DoD project support, strong analytical skills, and experience delivering executive-level briefings. Proficiency with RMF cybersecurity and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project and technical support.
• Experience supporting senior-level DoD customers.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to prepare clear requirements docs, status reports, and exec briefings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain current-state IT architectures across enterprise services and data centers.
• Assess proposed IT architectures for compliance, interoperability, and impacts to SIE.
• Develop schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking for IT efforts.
• Track scope changes, risks, dependencies, and integration impacts; advise leadership.
• Coordinate inputs from subject matter experts and mission partners; prepare status reports.
