Responsibilities

• Develop and/or interpret guidance on program planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Consult with management and subject-matter experts to improve administration of CI and HQ programs.
• Perform analytical studies affecting major HQ program areas and resource use.
• Compile and present oral or written reports to a wide IRS audience.
• Develop policy changes and recommendations to CI executives or senior leadership.
• Direct development and execution of employee training related to program needs.
