Leidos Holdings is seeking a Program Analyst to support the FAA Weather Camera Program (WCP) under NISC. The analyst will assist program and fiscal management for WCAM and the Alaska Flight Service Facilities Maintenance, collaborating with PMs in Anchorage, with onsite duties and limited telework.

Responsibilities include tracking obligations (PRs, PAs, RAs), standardizing financial records, and aligning systems with DELPHI and PRISM.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience; Master’s degree with less than 2 years may be considered.
Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, functions, data aggregation) and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct efficient, organized data gathering and analysis.
Works independently while maintaining a positive relationship with client and team.
Eligible for a Public Trust Security Clearance (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).

Responsabilités

Create, track, report and maintain project activities for funding obligations (PRs, PAs, RAs, reconciliations).
Ensure quality and tracking of Purchase Requests, Project Authorizations, credit card transactions, and reconciliations against yearly budget.
Align financial record systems with FAA DELPHI and PRISM.
Interpret FAA capitalization requirements and recommend compliant solutions.
Collaborate with federal clients to identify program needs, document actions, and track milestones.
Support funding actions and assist program managers with implementation and communications.
