AMERICAN SYSTEMS in McLean, VA is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Demonstration & Assessment Team (DAT) with budgeting, financial reporting, and ERP-related funding processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years' experience, and an active DoW Secret clearance.

You will handle budget estimates, data calls, NEPS and IBPES interactions, and help ensure proper funding allocations and compliance across Navy ERP programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 8 years of experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
• Ability to translate complex financial data for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Navy ERP (3+ yrs) and Navy Enterprise Planning System (1+ yr).

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting estimates and defend budget data for the DAT.
• Review financial reports and provide funding projections.
• Maintain program records for the DAT and ensure attachments are included.
• Support ERP project generation and funding allocations per network activities.
• Assist in IBPES funding document acceptance and DoW funding processing.
• Monitor expenditures via EDW and ERP reporting.
• Recommend funding allocations during execution reviews.
• Support NEPS task planning sheets and PPID record updates.
• Use G-Invoicing to satisfy DoW funding receipt requirements.
