Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is hiring a Program Analyst/Action Officer in the Washington, DC area.

The role supports high-reliability government programs, including defense and energy sectors, through systems engineering, cost analysis, risk management, and strategic advisory services. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives in dynamic settings, at the SPA Maritime Plaza Office in DC or a client site, and contribute to critical decision-making through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a STEM, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of related professional experience.
• Active Secret Clearance and ability to maintain clearance.
• Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication with reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Trident Missile Branch production unit.
• Coordinate planning meetings and monitor project execution to align with objectives.
• Research and analyze to produce actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Analyze existing and future systems against threats and new tech.
• Contribute to cost, schedule, performance, variance, and risk analyses.
• Prepare and present findings to senior leadership and partners.
