Job summary

Fremont Economic Development Corp. in Colorado is seeking a production scheduler who can support the Leadership Team with scheduling and production control.

The role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing systems such as MRP, ERP, and SAP, and hands-on experience with BOMs and master production schedules. You will create work orders, manage shop-floor schedules, document changes, and assist with training.

Qualifications

• 2 year College Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of extensive experience with SAP.
• Two years’ experience in manufacturing with emphasis in production control or scheduling.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Proficient with Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Input production master schedule data from capacity worksheets and BOMs; create all work orders as scheduled.
• Build and deliver individual work center schedules to the shop floor.
• Process shop floor changes with proper documentation.
• Produce documentation from engineering releases for production use for all product codes.
• Process replacement part orders with proper documentation.
• Act as primary trainer for new personnel in the department.
• Act as temporary supervisor during the manager’s absence.
