Job summary

Campbell's Napoleon Soup Plant is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and manage finite production schedules, balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and constraints. You will collaborate with plant operations, planning teams and cross-functional partners to maintain production continuity and drive DDSN execution.

The role requires 3+ years in scheduling or planning and a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or related supply chain role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage finite production schedules balancing customer service, inventory, capacity, and constraints.
• Partner with plant operations and planning teams to resolve scheduling issues and adjust plans.
• Independently investigate and resolve complex operational and system-related challenges while maintaining production continuity.
• Monitor schedule performance and drive operational efficiency improvements.
• Support DDSN execution through optimized production sequencing and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate production scheduling for new product launches and packaging changes.
• Lead production scheduling meetings to review performance and priorities.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and alignment.
