Job summary

The Campbell's Company is hiring a Production Scheduler for the Napoleon Soup facility. You will develop and manage production schedules to meet customer service, inventory, and operational targets while balancing demand, capacity, and material availability.

You will partner with plant operations, planning, logistics, and product development to resolve scheduling issues, execute DDSN strategies, and ensure timely product introductions and transitions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or related supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong data-driven decision making and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage finite production schedules balancing capacity, demand, and materials.
• Coordinate with plant operations to adjust plans for changing requirements.
• Investigate and resolve complex scheduling and system-related issues.
• Monitor schedule performance and drive efficiency improvements.
• Lead scheduling meetings and align with DDSN objectives.
• Support product launches, reformulations, and packaging changes.
