You will balance demand, inventory, capacity, and material availability to optimize production execution and ensure product availability, aligning with the DDSN strategy.

The role requires at least 3 years in production scheduling, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production scheduling or related supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage finite production schedules balancing customer service, inventory, capacity, material, labor, and equipment.
• Partner with plant operations and planning teams to resolve scheduling issues and adjust plans.
• Investigate and resolve complex operational and system-related challenges while maintaining production continuity.
• Monitor schedule performance and drive operational efficiency improvements.
• Support DDSN execution through optimized production sequencing and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate production scheduling for new product launches and reformulations.
• Lead production scheduling meetings to review performance and priorities.
