Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a production environment as a supervisor or supply chain role.
• Proficient with MS Office; Tableau is a plus.
• Initiative, self-directed and able to work independently or in teams.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking with quality focus.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Familiarity with cannabis industry rules and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Convert monthly plan into detailed daily/weekly schedules.
• Update data to translate plan into hourly requirements.
• Create daily/weekly shifts, assess overtime/resources.
• Allocate resources to departments at the right time.
• Balance line loading with time-off adjustments.
• Optimize run strategy to maximize throughput and reduce waste.
• Confirm material readiness to meet the plan.
• Establish and maintain routings for unit ops.
• Lead site production schedule across all product categories.
• Build Flower allocations based on shipments/inventory/sales strategy.
• Review demand forecast to protect inventory and sales.
• Communicate schedule and projections to site leadership.
• Collaborate with Ops, Procurement, SCM to deliver plan.
• Analyze supply chain for optimization opportunities.
• Implement KPIs to measure production attainment.
• Stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes.
