• Update data points to translate production into hour requirements.
• Build daily/weekly shift schedules and determine overtime needs.
• Allocate resources to departments on time and balance line loading.
• Review demand forecasts to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
• Communicate production schedule and inventory projections to site leadership.
