Oetiker is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and execute production plans for press operations, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal capacity utilization. You will coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics, create capacity requirements, and adjust schedules to mitigate risks while maintaining service levels.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, demand and supply alignment through S&OP, and reporting on key metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of MPS, MRP logic and capacity planning.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute production plans for press operations to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate schedule execution with cross-functional teams (production, purchasing, logistics).
• Create capacity requirements and perform level loading based on inputs.
• Adjust plans to mitigate risks for on-time delivery.
• Monitor capacity constraints and propose improvements to maintain throughput.
• Manage production orders and maintain inventory levels with ERP/MRP outputs.
• Provide regular KPIs and reporting to support decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement aligned with world-class manufacturing practices.
