Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of production scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with APS systems such as SAP APO or Oracle ASCP, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision making.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material flow, and capacity planning.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules across manufacturing operations.
• Balance production capacity, material availability, and customer requirements to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor schedule performance and proactively address delays or disruptions.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and engineering to resolve scheduling challenges.
• Use advanced planning tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Participate in planning meetings and advise on resource allocation and feasibility.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and scheduling best practices.
