Responsibilities

Analyze daily shipping requirements and develop the production plan for a three-shift operation.
Monitor daily progress to the production plan and adjust as needed.
Communicate and elevate issues/concerns.
Coordinate T-events with die engineering and launch readiness across Metal Assembly and Press operations.
Ensure jobs/cells are production ready by timelines.
Coordinate maintenance and die work/repairs with respective groups.
Manage die home-line allocations to minimize costs.
Drive improvements in processes and performance.
Cover Area Manager duties when needed.
