Qualifications

• Navigate a high-speed, high-volume production area.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily shipping requirements and develop the production plan for a three-shift operation.
• Monitor daily progress to the production plan and adjust as needed.
• Communicate and elevate issues/concerns.
• Launch readiness and cross-functional coordination with die engineering.
• Manage and support Launch Wall in Metal Assembly and Press Room.
• Ensure jobs/cells are production ready by timelines.
• Coordinate maintenance and die work/repairs with respective groups.
• Drive improvements in all processes; support Area Managers and hourly teams.
