Job summary

LANXESS Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Regional Demand and Supply Planner to optimize the regional production network and IBP processes. The role collaborates with Operations, Procurement, Product Management and Finance to ensure accurate demand and supply planning and cost control.

The position requires a BS in a science or engineering field, 5+ years of experience, and strong SAP IBP/OTC skills. It is a HYBRID role with on-site presence, offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive

Qualifications

Requires a B.S. in supply chain, engineering or sciences.
Minimum five years of advanced demand/supply planning experience.
Proficient in SAP IBP, SAP PTM and OTC; strong MS Office skills.
Excellent influencing, communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making.
Willingness to travel; hybrid on-site role.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain regional supply plans balancing production facilities, constraints and costs.
Create and maintain regional demand plan in SAP IBP and contribute to monthly Demand Review.
Lead regional supply review meetings and drive corrective actions.
Align demand, supply and inventory plans with finance and business units within IBP.
Resolve supply issues via coordination with operations and product management; communicate status to sales.
Coordinate with regional team of Supply Chain Managers and schedulers for local production scheduling.
