Job summary

Batchline Solutions is hiring a Production Scheduler for our Westampton, NJ facility. The role supports the Planning Manager with material replenishment and production scheduling, verifying counts on the floor and escalating issues as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in food handling or related manufacturing, strong communication skills, and comfort working in a refrigerated environment. Training and safety programs are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AA or BS degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities, materials flow and ERP transactions to maintain schedules.
• Release work orders in ERP to meet production needs.
• Walk through facility to check work order status and identify discrepancies.
• Communicate delays due to shortages to supervisors and managers.
• Investigate discrepancies and initiate corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Enforce food safety and quality programs and support safety initiatives.
• Complete required training and follow Batchline Solutions policies.
