Batchline Solutions is hiring a Production Scheduler for our Westampton, NJ facility. The role supports the Planning Manager with material replenishment and production scheduling, verifying counts on the floor and escalating issues as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in food handling or related manufacturing, strong communication skills, and comfort working in a refrigerated environment. Training and safety programs are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AA or BS degree strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily production activities, materials flow and ERP transactions to maintain schedules.
• Release work orders in ERP to meet production needs.
• Walk through facility to check work order status and identify discrepancies.
• Communicate delays due to shortages to supervisors and managers.
• Investigate discrepancies and initiate corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Enforce food safety and quality programs and support safety initiatives.
• Complete required training and follow Batchline Solutions policies.

The Production Scheduler is responsible for supporting the Planning Manager with material replenishment and production scheduling by verifying counts on the floor and investigation discrepancies. The Production Scheduler will work with and coordinate multiple resources ensuring requirements are met and engaging additional members and escalate issues of any to appropriate channels as necessary. This position is also responsible for maintaining a high level of safety and quality when executing all tasks.What will you be doing:Monitors daily production activities, materials flow and ERP transactions to maintain accurate production schedules.Accurately and efficiently release work orders using the ERP to meet production needs.Daily work order reconciliation to identify and resolve any issues that may affect the production schedule.
