Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Cleveland, OH seeks a Resource Scheduler to coordinate assembly and supply operations in the machine division. You will use SAP, MES, Palantir and Power BI to support planning, resolve shortages and drive on-time order fulfillment.

Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, IT and leadership to maintain data integrity, optimize workflow and align builds with production demands; strong emphasis on communication and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5+ years' equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of production and shop floor control systems.
• Familiarity with component parts and finished goods.
• Understanding of ROP, Visual, PULL replenishment systems.
• Proficient in SAP, MES, Excel, Word, and Power BI.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and across departments.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling using Dispatch and MES reports.
• Analyze parts shortages with Palantir and expedite as needed.
• Coordinate with Operations to align workforce with orders.
• Provide accurate dates for expedite requests.
• Attend, participate and lead TVM Huddles.
• Review non-conformances to mitigate shortages.
• Maintain monthly build plan for production forecasting.
• Ensure SAP data accuracy across departments.
• Support on-time order fulfillment and production requirements.
