Job summary

You will manage forecasts, capacity plans, yield rates, and task times to sustain output commitments. The role requires 2+ years in production planning or related fields, strong Excel and SAP skills, and a related degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in production planning, production control, master scheduling, materials control, shipment fulfillment.
• Knowledge and management of Microsoft Office (Excel is must), ERP systems SAP preferred.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CIPS, or Six Sigma) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Production scheduling arrangement and plan preparation, taking into account tester and manpower capacity and the readiness of material shortages and arrivals.
• Review and monitor material readiness and daily follow up with buyer team.
• IOS (Input, output, shipment) control and monitoring.
• Work order and rework order generation and monitoring.
• Interface and collaboration with customers for repair fulfillment.
• Communicate with the production department, CSR, and warehouse to solve issues impacting the production schedule.
• Review RO and MO closing status.
• Prepare manpower and material utilization reports and KPI measurements
• Prepare and publish output capacities based on tester utilization, test times, manpower, yield rates, and material inputs.
