Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Rough Cut Capacity Plans against order demand.
• Create and monitor a production plan.
• Work closely with production leadership to align schedules.
